CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable but transferable one time. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost. Please notify me if you anticipate being late. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for appointments, with a $10 late fee applied. Exceeding the grace period will result in forfeiture of the appointment and a charge of 100% of the service fee. Due to limited space, extra guests are not permitted unless previously discussed. For lash appointments, arrive without eye makeup. For emergencies or questions, please contact me directly, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
