CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable but transferable one time. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 75% of the service cost. Please notify me if you anticipate being late. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for appointments. However, after 5 mins a $10 late fee is applied. Exceeding the grace period will result in forfeiture of the appointment and a charge of 75% of the service fee. Due to limited space, extra guests are not permitted unless previously discussed. For lash appointments, arrive without eye makeup.
